Here’s what I’m loving as we head into another weekend!

• Beau Kazer is our special guest on the show today, as Fridays are always our Y&R study group.  Brock Reynolds!  Brock Reynolds!
• An awesome, awesome reunion with my pal Richard Kikot last night. That’s his tatt, above.  He’s going to start working with me on All Things, and you can read his blog, Revolver, on being a spiritual gay man, over on GayGuideToronto.com.
• At dinner last night we met a young man while Richard was out smoking.  The young man invited himself in and to our table.  It was entertaining and interesting all at once, as you will imagine after you watch this:

• I’m also loving Bimbo Jones and Keri Hilson right now – both had albums released last year, but they popped back into my life this week and I’m digging.
• Law Of Attraction: Are you finding more to praise, or more to complain about as you live your life?  (Check back here later today or Monday for an audio file from my show on Wednesday, where my 4:20, ‘Sticks, Stones, and The Law of Attraction’, is about how I realized how and why I had called in to my life some nasty homophobia this week.  Lots of good feedback from Listeners on that one
• Hot yoga this morning with my pal, Cricket.  Good to stretch out and sweat. Mmmmm …
