My pal Derek Forgie over at MTV sent the above image my way yesterday. Even though he’s straight, I really really like him Probably you can see why. In fact, Derek is such a cool straight guy, he’s the head of Straight Not Narrow, a group of heterosexuals for same sex equality. Visit them. Love them.

On another note, Torontonians or fans of Toronto (queer T.O. anyway) are all up in arms over our disappearing Village. No, kids, the Church Wellesley gaybourhood ain’t the vibrant queer mecca it once was. Can it be saved? Does anyone care, in 2010, in the world’s most progressive queer city?
