Shaun-Proulx-Forward-Feel-A-Good-Life-Thought-Revolution-Video
Last Sunday morning I gave a #ThoughtRevolution speech in New York City at the Men & Masculinities Conference. Jane Fonda, Sally Field and Gloria Steinem spoke at the conference; this was the kind of playing field I wanted to make sure I shone on.

To help ensure I would leave the stage pleased with my presentation, I used a tool we all have in our personal power arsenal – but one that most use backwards. It’s called “Forward Feeling”.

In the video below, I explain Forward Feeling, how and why Forward Feeling works, how most use Forward Feeling the wrong way (“Backward Feeling”?), and how easy it is to change that.

My speech went better than I expected, but Forward Feeling isn’t just for life’s bigger moments. Use Forward Feeling when you’re stuck in traffic running late, to manifest a desired outcome from a difficult conversation, or to feel well when you haven’t been all week… right on time for that hot date you had scheduled for Friday night.

Forward Feeling is a tool to use whenever you like – each time you use it you will get better at creating the good life you want.

If you want to feel like you are moving forward in life more often, watch the video, try the tool for yourself, and share it with anyone you know wants the same thing.

  • Hi Shaun,
I just listened to your video. Boy, did it come at a great time! Thank you. It is such good advice. I’m thrilled that your speech in NYC went well and I would love to hear more about it. I’m not surprised at all though. You are a sweet man and a class act.
    Chat soon. –

    • Thanks Krista – we’re all great at imagining the worst but it’s way easier, more fun, and smarter to imagine the best. It’s a Yes-based world, so if you want to imagine the worst that’s what you get.

  • So interesting as I identify it as pre-stressing about something that may not even occur. So many people I know do that. I can’t pre-stress about something that isn’t there. Would rather deal with a situation when it occurs and understand what needs to be done but I like the idea of projecting positive energy on a situation and visualizing a positive outcome.
