Shaun with Allsion in the SiriusXM green room, pre-physical distancing measures..

Every Monday at 3pm ET, Shaun guests on SiriusXM’s The Breakdown with Allison Dore and shares his #ThoughtRevolutions about the Covid-19 pandemic. Miss it there? Hear here:

For me I’ve realized that there are things that I want to do, and I haven’t done them because I have been telling myself fake news about them. How hard it is to do it, who do I think I am, or am I good enough. I’ve had fake news going through my mind about subjects that are important to me. And then you have Covid19 happen. Now I’m going to do do them. I’m not going to let fear, or self-doubt or worry hold me back. That’s a lesson this experience has given me.

Shaun Proulx on The Breakdown May 11th:

I am man enough to state that I have been more emotional and easily verklempt that I have known myself to be in my lifetime. More on the raw and ragged edge … and I’ve also never slept so much in my entire life. There is a toll this is taking on people.

Shaun Proulx on The Breakdown May 4th:

In the rush to return to normal, use this time to consider what parts of normal are even worth returning to. What were you living and what were you doing and what were your values before this? How will you live and what will you do and what will your values be when this is over?

Shaun Proulx on The Breakdown, April 21:

We can’t just take our place in the world for granted anymore. Everyone has a supreme place of power in the world and is important. And the contribution everyone makes is important. It’s time to step back and take a good look at that.

Shaun Proulx on The Breakdown, April 14:

We’re gearing up for the long run. We’re really good as humans at talking to ourselves negatively. Less so positively. But in the end it’s your inner voice that determines how you are going to approach something. What you say to yourself matters.

Shaun Proulx on The Breakdown April 7:

It’s not lost on me that we’ve been screwing up the planet … we’re a society addicted to being busy. And we’re busy all the time because that means that we don’t have to think about or look at ourselves. All of us being sent to our rooms for a time-out while the world re-sets is not an accident.
