Happy Thanksgiving!
I’m loving your positive response – so many of you reached out (some stopping me in the street) to say you love the 50 New Things For 50 Years Old initiative we launched here last week. And kudos to the person in the grocery store who told me they are doing 63 New Things … or was it 73?
You only need submit ONE new thing to qualify to win a pair of fashion-forward Sorel shoes or boots (rapper Kardinal Offishall and I both owned the same Sorel camo boots at one point in time) – and this Thanksgiving weekend I’ve got just “the new” for you.
Often this holiday passes by quickly and giving thanks – in a real, meaningful way, like, STOPPING and giving thanks – eludes us.
Like me. I tend to stop and grab my journal and spend 20 minutes writing out what I am thankful for.
But yesterday the day raced by and I didn’t. By noon today I still hadn’t. Tomorrow I have plans, and by Monday…who can say if the meaning I want this holiday to be imbued with will be imbued with it?
The video at the top of this post shares the intel of how I’ve got that problem solved – and if it’s “new for you” and you try it, go on and enter to win some Sorel’s. It totally counts in our contest.
Thanks for your support of my work and message,
Shaun
PS: I’m looking forward to being in Ottawa next month where I’ll be Master of Ceremonies at Money, Mindset & Marketing, produced by business guru and #ThoughtRevolution subscriber Lisa Larter. Then, my year wraps with a couple of exciting influencer / brand endorsement / hosting gigs.
